About The Property

Grid-based ceiling systems combining 600mm x 600mm mineral fibre ceiling tiles and exposed tee aluminium grids are used throughout all premises. This allows owners to readily alter lighting and air conditioning arrangements.

Security System

All lifts are fitted with an access control system. Only authorized personnel are allowed to access office floors outside normal office hours, when a registration system is in operation. In addition, all service lifts will be suspended for use during non-office hours.

Vertical Transportation

Owners are served by 4 high-speed passenger lifts in the building. There is a dedicated shuttle lift serving owners and visitors wishing to travel between G/F and 1/F lift lobbies. The building also has a service lift specifically designed for goods transportation.

The size of the service lifts entrance is 1.1m (W) x 2.1m (H) and the size of all the service lifts is 1.76m (W) x 2.1m (D) x 2.45m (H), with a loading of about 1,830 kg.

The operating hours of the service lift are:

Mondays - Fridays: 08:00 - 19:00

Saturdays: 08:00 - 14:00

Sundays and Public Holidays: By advance Booking



Air-conditioned Footbridge

The Ngau Tau Kok MTR Station is nearby and is adjacent to the air-conditioned pedestrian footbridge linking the building with Millennium City 2.



Air-conditioning System

Air conditioning of all common areas if provided through the chilled water plants of the building. Each level is equipped with Primary Air-Handling Unit with pre-treated fresh air supplied to common corridor and lift lobby. The indoor air quality is maintained by a dedicated technical team which carry out periodical cleansing and checking of the air conditioning system. Energy efficiency has also been achieved through our energy conservation programme, which regulates the indoor temperature by about 25.5 degree celsius.



24-Hour Building Control Centre

The 24-hour building control centre provides round the clock building facilities control and monitoring services. The centre has state-of-the-art modern building facilities control system. In case of emergency, the building control centre will activate the pre-determined crisis handling instructions. The crisis management team will immediately be deployed to deal with emergency efficiently.



Security System

The Building is equipped with door contact surveillance system and CCTV and cameras which images are recorded by advanced non-stop digital recorders. The CCTV system is also monitored by experienced personnel. A Mobile Building Management System allows our trained security personnel to carry out close surveillance to protect our owners' premises, only authorized personnel after registration are allowed to access office floors outside normal office hours. At such times, a registration lift card system controls access to the building.



Fire Services System

The entire Building is equipped with a full automatic sprinkler system, fire hydrant and hose reel system. In plant rooms and utility rooms where a sprinkler system cannot be used, an alternative automatic fire alarm system has been installed. In emergencies, the building's fire system, which is linked to the nearby Kwun Tong fire station, gives added protection. Regular fire drills have also been conducted in collaboration with Kwun Tong fire station to maintain a high and effective response to emergency situation.



Public Address System

All public areas are equipped with public address speakers. In emergencies, multi-languages announcements to owners and others will be made through the public address system.



Washroom Facilities

All levels are individually served by one main washroom each for men, women and people with a disability. All washrooms are fitted with superior sanitary facilities and finished to the highest quality.



Information System

Being on top of their businesses, we understand that tenants of Millennium City require unlimited and barrier free access to information. The Buildings are equipped with terrestial, satellite and cable televisoin system. Wide variety of news and information is provided through the LCD monitors in each passenger lift. Tenants enjoy full mobile coverage in all office levels. In addition, main lobby has been installed  with wireless LAN system to facilitate tenants to navigate the information superhighway with ease.



Back-up Power

Back-up generators supplying power to public lighting, fire services and safety equipment in case of emergency.
