The building's dual risers ensure reliable power supply for all tenant. The main cable to all premises is fitted with a fuse switch inside the meter room. Dedicated generators would be automatically operated for supplying backup power to the pre-connected electrical facilities inside tenant areas. The power substations of both Kwun Tong and Ngau Tau Kok also supply the electricity to the buildings. This dual stations power supply measure is a rare but fail-safe strategical arrangement makes certain that tenants have stable supply of electricity.

Air-conditioning System
Air-conditioning is provided inside all premises through fan coil units using chilled water generated from the central air-conditioning system together with pre-treated fresh air. Tenants can apply to extent the air-conditioning service outside normal office hours. Tenants can also apply for 24-hour non-stop supply of air conditioning to cater for the operation of large-scale computer servers and other advanced equipment.

Tenants' safety is adequately protected by the building's modern fire services system. All premises are fitted with an automatic sprinkler system, the layout of which can be adjusted by tenants to meet their needs in line with relevant laws and regulations.

Security System
All lifts are fitted with an access control system. Only authorized personnel are allowed to access office floors outside normal office hours, when a registration system is in operation. In addition, all service lifts will be suspended for use during non-office hours.
Vertical Transportation
A total of 24 high-speed passenger lifts serve the high and low zones of the two towers. Tenants can use the 3 dedicated shuttle lifts to travel between ground level and carpark levels with ease. A centralized lift card control system controls building access outside normal office hours. The 4 service lifts are adequate to handle goods transportation needs for all tenants.

Air-conditioning System
Air conditioning of all common areas if provided through the chilled water plants of the building. Each level is equipped with Primary Air-Handling Unit with pre-treated fresh air supplied to common corridor and lift lobby. The indoor air quality is maintained by a dedicated technical team which carry out periodical cleansing and checking of the air conditioning system. Energy efficiency has also been achieved through our energy conservation programme, which regulates the indoor temperature by about 25.5 degree celsius.
24-Hour Building Control Centre
The 24-hour building control centre provides round the clock building facilities control and monitoring services. The centre has state-of-the-art modern building facilities control system. In case of emergency, the building control centre will activate the pre-determined crisis handling instructions. The crisis management team will immediately be deployed to deal with emergency efficiently.
Security System
The Building is equipped with door contact surveillance system and CCTV and cameras which images are recorded by advanced non-stop digital recorders. The CCTV system is also monitored by experienced personnel. A Mobile Building Management System allows our trained security personnel to carry out close surveillance to protect our tenants' premises, only authorized personnel after registration are allowed to access office floors outside normal office hours. At such times, a registration lift card system controls access to the building.
Fire Services System
The entire Building is equipped with a full automatic sprinkler system, fire hydrant and hose reel system. In plant rooms and utility rooms where a sprinkler system cannot be used, an alternative automatic fire alarm system has been installed. In emergencies, the building's fire system, linked to the nearby Kwun Tong fire station, ensures added protection. Regular fire drills have also been conducted in collaboration with Kwun Tong fire station to maintain a high and effective response to emergency situation.
Public Address System
All public areas are equipped with public address speakers. In emergencies, multi-languages announcements to tenants and others will be made through the public address system.
Washroom Facilities
All levels are individually served by one main washroom each for men, women and people with a disability. There are washrooms on each individual floors specially designed for business executives. All washrooms are fitted with superior sanitary facilities including hand lotions. Female washrooms are equipped with lockers. And the walls and flooring are finished in marble.

Being on top of their businesses, we understand that tenants of Millennium City require unlimited and barrier free access to information. The Buildings are equipped with terrestial and satellite television system. Tenants enjoy full mobile coverage in all office levels. In addition, main lobby has been installed with wireless LAN system to facilitate tenants to navigate the information superhighway with ease.

A loading and unloading bay to handle tenants' goods is situated on the G/F of the car park. The spacious loading and unloading bay is capable to accomodate large scale goods vehicle with height of about 3.3 meters. All tenants can enjoy a first half an hour parking fee waiver for lorries and trucks.
